You do not have to do this step, but many couples like to see and feel a non-personalised sample prior to investing in their own stationery.

Once you have decided on your stationery or would like something bespoke, please use the contact form or email me olivia@oliviajamesstationery.co.uk to receive a personalised quote.

Now is a good time to let me know your wedding date, so I can check I have space in the studio diary for your order.

Many couples include both before and on the day stationery in their quote. Don’t worry that you don’t have exact guest numbers for on they day items- an estimate will be sufficient. The remaining balance for on the day stationery can be adjusted and paid closer to the wedding date.

Once you’re happy with your quote and would like to book me as your wedding stationer, I kindly ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your studio slot(s).

Payment is made via a bespoke listing on my website which I will send to you.

If you would like both before and on the day stationery, I advise that you pay the 50% non-refundable deposits for both to secure studio slots for invitations and on the day.

You can pay the remainder of the balance for the on the day stationery closer to the wedding date when guest numbers have been finalised. This balance will be adjusted if the items or quantities needed differ from the initial quote.

I will send you a form to fill in all the details I need to design your stationery.

Once the design has been perfected, I will send over your proofs for you to check thoroughly and approve. The remaining balance is due at this point.

Please note delays in approving proofs will result in delays with printing and dispatching your stationery.

Once the remaining balance has been paid and approval received then the fun begins and we go to print!

Your stationery will also be finished and assembled by me, ensuring that it is perfect.

Your stationery will be carefully and sustainably packaged ready for delivery.
