Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity, please enquire here for a personalised quotation.

  • How do I order?

Please see the order guide for a detailed guide to my whole process.

  • Can I order samples of your stationery?

Yes, you can order beautiful samples here.

  • When should I order my wedding stationery?

From design to delivery expect your save the dates to take 3-5 weeks, invitations 4-6 weeks and for on the day stationery and signage, allow 6-8 weeks. For bespoke suites, add an extra 2 weeks to these times. I recommend booking in advance to secure your studio slot.

  • When should I send my save the dates and invitations?

As a general rule, send your save the dates a year before your wedding, and your invitations 4-6 months before. If you’re not going for save the dates, then send your invitations a little sooner.

  • Can you accommodate rush jobs?

More often than not I’ll be able to meet your deadline, but this will depend on the complexity of your stationery and how busy I am. Please contact me to check my availability. A rush fee may be charged, which is dependent on your order and will be outlined in your quotation.

  • I have already booked but I would like to add something to my order. Is this possible?

Yes, you can add anything to your order right up until the point of production. I will make any additional costs clear to you before adding them to your remaining balance. Please bear in mind that this may cause a slight delay in receiving your stationery.

  • Can I make small changes to one of the collections?

Yes you can make small changes to a collection to suit your requirements for free, including wording, as long as it doesn’t impact the design layout. I can tweak the layout of a collection if you like, for example to suit a different shape, but will quote this depending on your requirements.

  • Can you create bespoke stationery?

If you like the style of my stationery but would like a suite designed especially for you, you can request a quote here. Please note I only take on a limited number of bespoke couples a year.

  • What sustainable materials do you use?

I primarily use handmade paper made from 100% recycled cotton. Due to the handmade and recycled nature of the paper sometimes there can be slight inconsistencies and flecks in the paper.Other papers and vellum that I use are fully recyclable and sourced from FSC certified suppliers. Signage is made from recycled wood pulp and is recyclable.

  • Can you design stationery in another language?

Yes! As long as you take full responsibility for providing the words and the proof reading! Recently I have created stationery in Polish.

  • What do you charge for delivery?

The delivery charge for sample items is included in the price.

For any made to order stationery or signage, delivery will be calculated per order and outlined in your quotation.
